Imagery group open to anyone. Good introduction to anyone exploring imagery work for the first time. Several attenders see it as a regular support group that enables them to keep in touch with their inner creativity.
Opens with people sharing, if they wish, what is hapening in their lives. Then guided relaxation. Then imagery journey to meet an animal usually related to a chakra. A story is allowed to unfold from the interaction of the individual with the chakra animal. The journey lasts about 20 minutes. Afterwards, journeyers share, if they wish, their imagery experience with the group.
Venue: Quakers, 10 Hampson St., Kelvin Grove, Brisbane
Cost: Free first night. Then. $20 or, if low income, $10.
